Responsibilities and Duties
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plan based on the findings of the FBA using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school and community environments.
• Implementation of individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session with the client. reduction of challenging behaviors
• -aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
• Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
• Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
• Complete and submit all paperwork including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills
• BACB Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and one (1) year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• Valid driver's license is required as well as willingness to travel as needed.
• One (1) year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).

Now offering salary and hourly packages!! Matrix covers up to 84% of your health premium and up to 60% dental premium. Matrix provides a company sponsored 401k plan. 2-weeks paid time off at your main billable rate even for part-time positions. Performance bonuses.
