Responsibilities

  • •Building stable pallets is an essential task of the Seasonal Automated Warehouse Palletizer
  • •They must adhere to all safety, accuracy, and efficiency regulations while going above and beyond the company's set expectations for the task
  • •You assist with the process of item selection and organization within an automated environment by utilizing the latest computer technology, machines, and software
  • •You must always observe CCCI's safety standards while performing multiple duties in an environment that is both noisy and time-sensitive and where quick decision-making is critical
  • •Builds strong team relationships to carry out efficient and coordinated warehouse processes
  • •Displays adaptability in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role by maintaining in-depth knowledge of the different work sections within the organization, such as HQS, Flow Rack, Semi-Automated Lanes, and Pallet Pick, and accomplishing the minimum expectations for these areas
  • •You are expected to help maintain a well-organized workspace within the warehouse, and to keep it litter-free and sanitary, ensuring that all spills or drips are immediately cleaned, while following the applicable protocols and procedures for waste removal and recycling
