We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT/ Bt (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement personalized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques based on individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care skills.
• Support clients during teaching sessions, reinforcing positive behaviors and managing behavior challenges through effective behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Foster a safe, supportive environment that promotes trust, patience, and motivation for clients working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Requirements
• A Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods.
• Ability to assist clients with ADLs and support their educational and behavioral goals through teaching strategies.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to behavioral health.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers.
• Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude towards supporting individuals with autism or other developmental challenges. Join us in making a difference!
