Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student success

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA certification through the BACB State licensure or eligibility as required Experience working with children in school or clinical settings preferred Strong data analysis, communication, and collaboration skills
