Job Description
Crossroads Center for Children in Schenectady, NY, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide exceptional support in a specialized school setting. As a full-time, on-site employee, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for students with behavioral needs.
You will conduct assessments, supervise treatment plan implementation, and collaborate with families to guide parent education. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities.
