This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week designed to support evening treatment programming for clients.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
4-day work week

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Active Maine license required including one of the following:
• LCSW
• LCPC
• LMSW-CC (with supervision available)
• LCPC-CC (with supervision available)
• Experience working in behavioral health or outpatient treatment programs preferred
• Experience facilitating group therapy preferred

Responsibilities
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions within the Intensive Outpatient Program
• Provide individual therapy sessions when clinically indicated
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare referrals
• Assist with program intakes and admissions
• Collaborate with referral sources and community providers
• Participate in chart reviews and quality assurance activities
