Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). In this role, you will lead the clinical process from assessment to implementation, serving as a mentor to staff and a vital resource for parents. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Planning
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and skill deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Utilize data-driven insights to develop appropriate interventions and monitor progress.

Training & Mentorship
• Provide hands-on training and supervision to staff members to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Deliver behavior management training and education to parents and caregivers to ensure skill generalization at home.

Collaboration
• Collaborate with other interdisciplinary professionals to provide a holistic and comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with families to provide updates, support, and clinical guidance.

Qualifications
• Certification: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the BACB is required.
• Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with families.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently in a home-based setting while contributing effectively to a team-based culture.
