Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Extended School Year (ESY)
Position Type

Job Details
• RBT support needed for ESY program
• Focus on supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in a structured school setting

Assignment Dates

Start Date: July 6, 2026

End Date: August 14, 2026

Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 15 hours per week

Responsibilities

The Registered Behavior Technician will:
• Provide direct behavioral support to students during ESY programming
• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by supervising BCBA or school team
• Collect and document behavioral data accurately
• Support skill acquisition and positive behavior strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers
• Maintain professional and consistent implementation of ABA strategies

Requirements
• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working in school-based or clinical ABA settings preferred
• Ability to follow behavior plans with fidelity and maintain accurate data collection

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.80 to $39.80. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
