What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and skill-building programs
• Collect and record data accurately during sessions
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards (HIPAA compliant)
• Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families
What We’re Looking For
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
• Interest in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
• Educatrional background in psychology, education, or a related field is highly valued
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and stay organized
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus (not required)
