Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based | Wilmington, DE 19804

ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Wilmington area for the 20262027 school year. This position will support an Autism and Early Years Program serving students with moderate to severe cognitive needs within a collaborative and student-focused educational environment.

37.5 hours per week
MondayFriday

Start Date: August 24, 2026
End Date: June 16, 2027
Onsite school-based position
Support Autism and Early Years Program
Work with students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities
School-based experience strongly preferred
Active BCBA certification required

Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide behavioral oversight and direct support for students within specialized programs
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, therapists, and families
Support program development and implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate behavioral documentation
Provide staff training and consultation regarding behavioral supports and interventions

Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience supporting students with autism and cognitive disabilities strongly preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
