Duties
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Assist clients in developing and improving social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
• Monitor client progress and document behavioral data accurately in medical records.
• Provide support in behavior management strategies to help clients cope with challenging behaviors.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies for success.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to medical documentation standards.
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
Qualifications
• Experience or education in special education, behavioral health, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies for assisting individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate clients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently when needed.
• A genuine passion for patient care and commitment to making a positive impact on clients' lives.

Responsibilities
- •The RBT will work directly with individuals with behavioral challenges, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
