Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.

Position Summary

The BCBA is responsible for leading with purpose, supporting a talented team of RBTs, and providing top-quality ABA services to the children who count on us most. You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside SLPs, OTs, and PTs, focusing on "rompin' stompin' dynamite therapy" and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Strategy
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
• Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on clinical guidance.
• Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient—never overwhelming.

Mentorship & Supervision
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
• Foster a supportive, team-first culture through consistent feedback and professional coaching.

Collaboration & Training
• Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes.

Qualifications
• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience: Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills.
• Soft Skills: A team player with a collaborative spirit and a deep passion for helping children thrive.
