Role Description

We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to join our clinical team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, data-driven ABA services while contributing to a collaborative and accountable clinical culture.

Responsibilities include:
• Conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, etc.) and developing individualized treatment plans
• Overseeing case implementation and ensuring clinical quality and progress
• Supervising and training behavior technicians (RBTs) to ensure fidelity and consistency
• Collaborating with families and caregivers to support generalization and long-term outcomes
• Monitoring data, adjusting programming, and maintaining compliant documentation
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to clinical problem-solving

Qualifications
• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Experience working with children with autism in ABA settings
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and leading teams
• Ability to make independent clinical decisions and manage cases effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of BACB ethical guidelines and best practices
• Master’s degree (BCBA) or Bachelor’s degree (BCaBA) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
