Job Description

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of individuals with autism to determine their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles to support individuals with autism in achieving their treatment goals.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment.

Monitor and track progress of individuals with autism through data collection and analysis, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with autism, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to address their unique needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, progress notes, and other relevant information.

Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge in the field of autism treatment.

Advocate for individuals with autism and their families by providing education and resources to promote their overall well-being and understanding of the diagnosis.

Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as all relevant laws and regulations in the field of behavior analysis and autism treatment.

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and growth by staying updated on current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and autism treatment.
