Job Description
1.00 per hour
• Earn an extra $2.00/hour (premium pay) for home-based hours starting at 6 pm

Your Responsibilities:
• Engage children in learning through play while following individualized treatment plans
• Observe, interact, and collect data to contribute to progress notes
• Support children in developing essential life skills, including motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work on behavior goals that transform challenging behaviors into effective communication
• Make a positive impact in the lives of children!
Desired Skills and Qualities:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain within 45 days of employment
• Experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school, ABA) preferred
• High energy, playful, creative, and quick-thinking
• Reliable and dependable, someone families can trust
• Physical capability to frequently move up and down from the floor
• Comfortable with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to learn, work independently, and deliver high-quality care
• Interest in utilizing evidence-based methods grounded in science
• Availability for afternoon shifts starting between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm until 7 pm to 8 pm
