Key Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through BACB
• Demonstrated experience working within a school-based setting
• Ability to provide 1:1 behavioral support to students of various ages
• Flexibility and adaptability to itinerant assignments across different campuses as student needs change
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with educators, families, and school staff
Core Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention and support to assigned students at a single school site at a time
• Monitor student progress, adapting interventions based on data and team feedback
• Document sessions and contribute to collaborative meetings regarding student plans and goals
• Transition to new student assignments within the district as progress is achieved
• Comply with required school procedures, including timely completion of fingerprinting and credentialing processes
You'll work approximately 37.5 hours per week during the academic year, serving one campus at a time. The contract period runs from August 11, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Please note, candidates must complete fingerprinting through the appropriate channels unless previously cleared within the states public school systems.
