Hiring CBT's (Certified Behavior Technician)

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

What you’ll do:
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What you’ll need:
• High School Diploma (Required)
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children (Preferred)
• Current CBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection & session documentation
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
