Job Description
All Care Therapies is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic outpatient team! This opportunity is currently part-time, with potential to increase to a full-time position in the future.
Now offering up to $3,000 Sign-On Bonus!
What You’ll Do:
• Assessments: Evaluate clients’ physical, cognitive, sensory, and emotional functions to determine therapy needs.
• Treatment Planning: Create individualized plans of care and set client-centered goals.
• Intervention: Deliver occupational therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy, focusing on improving functional abilities.
• Education: Provide guidance to clients and caregivers to support progress and independence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records using our EMR system.
• Compliance: Uphold ethical, legal, and regulatory standards including HIPAA compliance.
• Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing education and development opportunities.
• Safety: Ensure a secure and healthy environment in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications
• Must be available to work a minimum of 2 days onsite at our outpatient clinic (flexible scheduling available)
• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Unrestricted and active Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing as an Occupational Therapist
• A caring and compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Comfortable and experienced in working with clients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics)
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience is preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• CEU requirements must be maintained per state licensure guidelines
Additional Information
We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer is determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this position is: $50-$60/hour.
