Bring your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to a dynamic contract role supporting students in elementary through high school grades. What Were Looking For:
• Active RBT certification
• Experience delivering 1:1 behavioral support to children or adolescents
• Familiarity working with elementary, middle, and/or high school-aged students
• Understanding of behavior intervention plans, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Solid communication and collaboration skills with school teams and parents
• Adaptability to work effectively across various age groups and grade levels
In This Role, You Will:
• Provide targeted 1:1 behavior support to students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Implement individualized intervention strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Track and report student progress and behavioral data consistently
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive student outcomes
• Support classroom routines while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment
• Communicate progress and strategies with families and school staff
