Responsibilities

• •This role is ideal for candidates who value a consistent full-time schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with children in a structured clinic environment
• •This position offers predictable weekday hours and the ability to build experience in ABA while working alongside a supportive clinical team
• •Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• •Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
• •Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• •Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• •Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• •Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• •Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• •Maintain accurate and timely documentation
