Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to students with ASD.
• Implement evidence-based strategies addressing sensory processing, executive functioning, mental health, and socialization challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff on best practices for working with children on the autism spectrum.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a related field required; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD, especially those without intellectual disabilities.
• Expertise in managing mental health challenges and sensory, executive functioning, and socialization difficulties associated with ASD.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational environments.
Location:
West Columbia, South Carolina onsite position with options for travel candidates.
