What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with Autism build critical skills for communication, learning, independence, and social connection.

You will:
• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs
• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills
• Support children through challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
• Track and record behavioral data
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment
• Assist with toileting or diapering when needed
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical development
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (childcare, early childhood, camps, classrooms, etc.)
• Capacity for full-time, Monday - Friday hours
• Ability to meet physical demands (sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, engaging in active play)
• Annual flu vaccination
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
