Candidate Profile:
• Certified Professional: You hold a current RBT certification and have a proven track record in the field.
• Experienced: You’ve spent significant time working with neurodiverse individuals and understand the nuances of various developmental disabilities.
• Communicator: You can translate medical terminology into clear, compassionate updates for parents and colleagues.
• Education: High school diploma required; we highly value candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
