Behavior Technician

(BTs). No experience? No problem! If you’re passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed — including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You’ll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.
