 Post Falls, allowing clients to develop skills in natural environments where they live and learn.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Supervisor to implement individualized 1:1 treatment plans designed to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact in the lives of families in our community.

Responsibilities
• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 direct services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions
• Support skill development including communication, social skills, and daily living skills
• Follow behavior intervention plans and teaching procedures
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum 1,040 hours of direct care experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass an Idaho caregiver background check
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skill

Guaranteed Hours Policy

Full-time Behavior Interventionists are provided guaranteed hours when scheduled client sessions cancel. During cancellations, staff may be reassigned to center support, program preparation, materials organization, training, cleaning or assisting with other center duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
