We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as a Behavior Technician / Registered Line Technician (RLT). In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in a clinic setting while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Individuals with experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, education, or working with children are strongly encouraged to apply.
You will be joining a supportive team environment focused on helping children grow and succeed.
Many of our technicians previously worked in daycare, childcare centers, schools, or as paraprofessionals before joining our team.
This is a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule.
Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a clinic setting
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs developed by the BCBA
• Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions
• Complete session documentation within required timelines
• Prepare therapy materials and activities for therapy sessions
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
• Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be eligible to register as a Registered Line Technician (RLT) with the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board (LBAB)
• RBT certification may be obtained after hire (training provided)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work with children with developmental disabilities
• Ability to follow written treatment plans and collect data accurately
