Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Salary: $85,000-$105,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends

What You'll Do

Deliver individualized ABA services to clients aged 2-18

Supervise and guide RBTs

Collaborate with parents and caregivers

Uphold professional and ethical standards

Engage with a team that values quality over quantity

What You'll Need

Active BCBA certification

Passion for working with children and families

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Willingness to work in‑clinic in Oklahoma City (relocation support available)

Availability Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
