Job Description

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried BCBA Clinical Manager MD will develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors in a school and home-based setting.
Key responsibilities

Develop and update client programs monthly, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned
Provide monthly supervision and training to behavior technicians, ensuring compliance with service quality standards
Document clinical time and session notes accurately, submitting progress reports to the Clinical Director on time

Required qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
BCBA certification or appropriate licensure as a healthcare professional in accordance with state regulations
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience in developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
