Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00-7:00, Saturday - Sunday 9:00-12:00
Salary: $22 – $25 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • You will work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life. . . Responsibilities include:
  • Implement ABA strategies under BCBA guidance
  • Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans
  • Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families
  • Collect data and track progress
