Job Description
The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician in Lancaster, CA, for a part-time position with the possibility for growth to full-time. This role involves providing individualized ABA therapy to children, working under BCBA supervision, and supporting skill development in community settings.
Successful candidates will engage with children in therapeutic play, collect session data, and work closely with families and school staff. A high school diploma or GED is required, and training will be provided. The expected hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $25.00, based on experience and education.
