HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and Schedule:
• Pay Range: $95 - $110/hour
• Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Clinton, MD 20735 and surrounding areas
HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Skills and Qualifications:
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
