Responsibilities
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) offer skilled therapy in speech-language to patients at home under a physician's care.
The SLP evaluates and treats patients with various challenges like language impairments, motor speech disorders, swallowing issues, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those needing alternative communication methods.
At Enhabit, SLPs often work with patients who've experienced strokes and those with progressive illnesses such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia.

Qualifications
• Must have a valid state driver’s license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance
• Required to wear seat belts at all times while driving
• Reliable transportation kept in good condition
• Capable of driving in all weather conditions
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the state of employment
