liUtilize your expertise to develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that change the lives of children with autism/li
liShare in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skills/li
liProvide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations/li
liAdvocate for your clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns/li
liShare your knowledge and experience through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of our growing team of behavioral technicians/li
lipPhysically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s). This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old/p/li

liMaster’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field/li
liCurrent BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months- students are welcome!/li
liDemonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders/li
liAbility to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments/li
liExcellent clinical competence and judgment/li
liCommitment to handling confidential information responsibly/li
liExceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment/li
