Responsibilities

- •Key Responsibilities - Property Maintenance & Facility Operations
- •You will play an important role in helping ensure our self-storage facilities remain clean, secure, safe, and well-maintained for our tenants
- •Monitor overall facility conditions including drive aisles, hallways, landscaping, parking areas, fencing, walls, doors, lighting, and paint
- •Perform repairs and routine maintenance throughout the property
- •Conduct storage unit turnovers, including patching, painting, cleaning and preparing units for new tenants
- •Assist with gate operations, timers, lighting systems, and seasonal maintenance tasks
- •Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and facility grounds
- •Safely operate maintenance tools, cleaning equipment, and eco-friendly chemicals in accordance with company guidelines
- •Identify maintenance concerns and either resolve them promptly or report them appropriately
- •Assist with property improvement projects, renovations, and capital upgrades as needed
- •Follow daily, weekly, and monthly operational procedures and maintenance schedules
- •Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders regularly
- •Perform routine facility inspections and maintenance tasks
- •Lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally
- •Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
