  • Key Responsibilities - Property Maintenance & Facility Operations
  • You will play an important role in helping ensure our self-storage facilities remain clean, secure, safe, and well-maintained for our tenants
  • Monitor overall facility conditions including drive aisles, hallways, landscaping, parking areas, fencing, walls, doors, lighting, and paint
  • Perform repairs and routine maintenance throughout the property
  • Conduct storage unit turnovers, including patching, painting, cleaning and preparing units for new tenants
  • Assist with gate operations, timers, lighting systems, and seasonal maintenance tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and facility grounds
  • Safely operate maintenance tools, cleaning equipment, and eco-friendly chemicals in accordance with company guidelines
  • Identify maintenance concerns and either resolve them promptly or report them appropriately
  • Assist with property improvement projects, renovations, and capital upgrades as needed
  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly operational procedures and maintenance schedules
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders regularly
  • Perform routine facility inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
