• •Key Responsibilities - Property Maintenance & Facility Operations
• •You will play an important role in helping ensure our self-storage facilities remain clean, secure, safe, and well-maintained for our tenants
• •Monitor overall facility conditions including drive aisles, hallways, landscaping, parking areas, fencing, walls, doors, lighting, and paint
• •Perform repairs and routine maintenance throughout the property
• •Conduct storage unit turnovers, including patching, painting, cleaning and preparing units for new tenants
• •Assist with gate operations, timers, lighting systems, and seasonal maintenance tasks
• •Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and facility grounds
• •Safely operate maintenance tools, cleaning equipment, and eco-friendly chemicals in accordance with company guidelines
• •Identify maintenance concerns and either resolve them promptly or report them appropriately
• •Assist with property improvement projects, renovations, and capital upgrades as needed
• •Follow daily, weekly, and monthly operational procedures and maintenance schedules
• •Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders regularly
• •Perform routine facility inspections and maintenance tasks
• •Lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally
• •Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
