As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Rivermont Schools, you will help students with autism and behavioral differences build skills, confidence, and independence. You'll work alongside teachers, therapists, and BCBAs to implement individualized behavior plans and create a positive, structured classroom environment where every student can succeed.
What You'll Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current RBT certification and active CPR certification
• Training or certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting students with behavioral and learning challenges
What You'll Do
• Deliver individualized behavioral programming under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Support students in academic, social, and daily routines to build independence
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent care
• Model professionalism, patience, and reliability in every interaction
