Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic)
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Assist with insurance calls, documentation, billing, hiring
Requirements:
• English proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Office or administrative experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
• Experience in a healthcare, ABA, or education setting
