support to students as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• Implement behavior plans effectively under supervision to assist students in academic and social settings.
• Collaborate with educators and therapists to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide one-on-one care tailored to students unique needs to promote positive development and learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working in school environments, particularly with elementary (Grades K-5), middle (Grades 6-8), or high school (Grades 9-12) students.
• Proven ability to manage and support 1:1 care assignments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
