• Maintain ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or enrolled in college courses.
• Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping others.
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- •As a Behavior Technician at Lasting Behavioral Solutions, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism
- •Your role will involve implementing treatment plans designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors while managing challenging behaviors in a supportive and nurturing environment
