Position Details:
• Full-time, in-person role
• School Year Dates: ASAP to June 12, 2026
• Work Environment: Elementary, Middle, or High School
Role Overview:
As an SLP, your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver individualized education programs for students whose communication abilities have been affected by developmental challenges, disabilities, or injuries. This role gives you the opportunity to work closely with young learners within a supportive school setting, allowing you to make a lasting impact on their communication development.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual evaluations of speech and language skills.
• Prepare comprehensive reports of observations, assessment findings, and tailored recommendations.
• Engage with program personnel and parents to discuss evaluation results and recommendations.
• Collaborate in the development of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and assist in placement determinations for eligible children.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology License from the Oregon Board of Examiners.
• Experience working successfully with children preferred.
