Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive ABA treatment programs, ensuring the highest quality of care and clinical integrity for our clients.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical Supervision & Treatment Management
• Competence in supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD.
• Supervise implementation of treatment.
• Ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols.
• Monitor treatment integrity.
• Adjust treatment protocols based on data.
• Develop and oversee transition/discharge plan.
• Provides supervision for and co-signs documentation for LaBAs and/or BTs.
• Provide clinical supervision to any behavior analysis students completing clinical hours in the facility.
Assessment & Data Analysis
• Performs comprehensive evaluations of referred patients using standardized testing tools and/or other accepted assessment methods.
• Documents results in format approved by facility.
• Summarize and analyze data.
• Evaluate client progress towards treatment goals.
• Report progress towards treatment goals.
Safety & Risk Management
• Evaluate risk management and crisis management.
• Monitor environment and stimuli to be sure it is safe before using with a patient.
• Observes patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines.
Documentation & Communication
• Completes all documentation that is required for each patient (progress notes, summaries, re-evaluations).
• Communicates to appropriate members of staff, patient and family members regarding patient needs and progress, either by documentation or, if necessary, direct contact.
• Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals.
• Supplies billing information to appropriate staff, in a proper and timely manner for all patient procedures.
• Participates in and attends team conferences and clinic staff meetings as scheduled.
Operations & Professional Development
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Request orders of needed supplies and equipment in a timely manner to avoid emergency ordering.
• Keeps informed of changes and innovation in the field through professional contacts, literature, and workshops.
• Assume personal responsibility for professional development and continuing education.

Educational Qualifications
• Education: Master’s Degree or PhD in a related field.
• Certification: Hold a current certification recognized by TDLR as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
