ntly hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role focused on clinical leadership, staff support, and quality care, with strong administrative teams in place so you’re not carrying everything on your own.

What You’ll Do
• Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings

What We’re Looking For
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
