About Compass ABA:
• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM.
Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT:
• Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
