Job Description
t for a part-time, remote telehealth position. This W-2 role involves delivering compassionate, flexible care to individuals and families across licensed states. You’ll support clients through evidence-based therapy, contribute to a mission-driven startup, and help expand access to quality behavioral health care.
This is a remote position with flexible hours—ideal for therapists looking to make a meaningful impact on their own schedule.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Services
• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples
• Use DSM-5 criteria to offer mental health assessments and diagnostic impressions
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support when needed
Collaboration & Growth
• Participate in clinical supervision, team check-ins, and feedback sessions
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists for case consultation and guidance
Documentation & Tools
• Maintain timely and accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
• Use tools such as Google Workspace and EHR to manage sessions, communication, and caseload
What We’re Looking For
• Active, unrestricted license in your state of practice (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
• Experience in outpatient mental health, substance use, or teletherapy preferred
• Proficient in treatment planning, client engagement, and virtual communication
• Organized, compassionate, and able to work independently in a startup environment

• Bilingual or multilingual
• Interest in helping shape a growing mental health startup
Compensation & Structure
• Job Type: W-2, part-time (flexible hours)
• Compensation: $45–$55 per client session, based on experience and credentials
• Location: 100% remote (must be licensed in the state where clients are served)
