Job Description

chnician, you'll work directly with children and adolescents using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. You'll implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure each client receives high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, or community settings

- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

- Collect accurate data and maintain session documentation

- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and participate in ongoing training

- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong communication with families and team members

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience as a Behavior Technician OR current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred)

- Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed during sessions

- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping children

Qualifications
