Job Description
Make a meaningful impact supporting students as an experienced behavioral professional in a flexible per diem setting. This opportunity allows passionate RBTs, paraprofessionals, or ABA therapists to work 1:1 with students across grades K-12, tailoring interventions and strategies to meet their unique needs. What Youll Need to Succeed:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with current BACB credentials
• Previous experience in school-based behavioral support, paraprofessional roles, or as an ABA therapist
• Strong understanding of IEPs and individualized education plans (familiarity with state-specific programs preferred)
• Ability to work effectively one-on-one with children from kindergarten through high school
• Bilingual abilities are an advantage, though not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

• Work closely with students in a 1:1 setting, implementing ABA-based interventions and behavior support plans
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other school staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, interventions, and any incidents or trends
• Support positive learning environments and promote the emotional well-being of each student
• Provide consistent, compassionate, and professional engagement throughout your interactions
