Responsibilities

• •In the position of a Five Below team member, you are expected to provide exceptional customer assistance and aid in maintaining store operations to promote an enjoyable and friendly shopping ambiance
• •Provide immediate and courteous assistance to individuals with a positive demeanor
• •Impart information about products, propose recommendations, and present answers to fulfill customer demands
• •Increase customer participation by promoting store events, discounts, and activities to boost engagement levels
• •Politely deal with customer concerns, providing alternative choices when feasible
• •Convey updates on merchandise refilling and client comments to the leadership
• •Team up with others to attain the goals of the store and the overall company
• •Handle customer purchases and operate the cash register during transactions
• •Transport and arrange products that are up to 25 pounds in weight and can be stored on shelves extending to a maximum of 10 feet high
• •Scale ladders, flex, rotate, and bend down as part of tasks like replenishing supplies and helping clients
• •Communicate verbally with customers, coworkers, and managers, both in physical settings and over the phone
