Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-Time | Hybrid (In-Clinic + Remote)

What You'll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines
What We're Looking For
• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities
• Ability to pass a background check
