Prefer depth of care over high-volume caseloads Value collaboration and ethical decision-making Want clear expectations with flexibility and autonomy Are seeking a long-term clinical home rather than short-term burnout Relocation & Flexibility Options $15,000 relocation bonus available for BCBAs relocating to San Luis Obispo County (1-year commitment) Flexible transition plans, including hybrid or remote onboarding during relocation Periodic, DSP-supported travel to the clinic during the transition phase Designed to support a smooth, realistic relocation - not a rushed one Compensation & Role Design Salaried full-time positions based on experience, credentials, and role scope Competitive hourly compensation for part-time schedules Bonus opportunities tied to leadership contributions and clinical engagement Compensation range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually , depending on experience Caseloads intentionally designed to support depth of care and clinical quality Core Responsibilities Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs for children with ASD Conduct assessments, intakes, FBAs, and progress reviews Provide clinical supervision in accordance with BACB requirements Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs Analyze data and adjust programming to support meaningful skill development Partner with families through clear communication and guidance Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers Maintain ethical, compliant documentation and supervision practices Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing (BACB) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD Experience conducting and writing FBAs (or strong training and mentorship in this area) Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills Passion for early intervention and developmentally appropriate care Ability to meet DOJ/FBI Livescan and TB clearance requirements California residency OR willingness to relocate to Paso Robles (relocation support available) What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision coverage (full-time employees) CalSavers retirement program (full-time employees) Paid time off and recognized holidays Paid training, professional development, and continuing education support Opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and leadership growth Long-term sustainability over productivity pressure Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
