Job Description

About the position

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to work part-time with a 4-year-old client for approximately 25 hours per week. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant difference in a child's life by providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy and contributing to their growth, learning, and success. The position is part of an expanding program within a mission-driven team that fosters a safe and enriching environment for both children and staff.

Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Current CBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community

Nice-to-haves
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
