Job Overview
Intercare Therapy is dedicated to providing evidence-based behavioral therapies to empower children facing challenges connected to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to enhance the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families. If you share our passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism, we invite you to join our team as a Behavioral Health Program Manager.
As the onsite case supervisor, you will lead daily case management tasks, develop and oversee clinical programs, supervise Behavioral Interventionists (BIs), and educate caregivers. Candidates must be comfortable driving 30 to 60 miles daily and available to supervise client sessions during weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM, with occasional weekend sessions.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Progress towards BCBA certification is preferred.
• Proven skills in ABA, Program Management, and clinical practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
• A strong ability to provide and accept constructive feedback with a collaborative approach.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
